Extended Hours Appointments

We offer additional appointments outside normal opening times, including:

• Weekdays from 6:30pm
• Weekend appointments (booked through reception)

These appointments must be booked in advance.

Out of Hours Service

When the surgery is closed, call NHS 111 for urgent medical advice.
This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

NHS 111 advisers and clinicians will assess your symptoms and direct you to the right service, such as:

• Out-of-hours GP
• A&E
• Urgent Care Centre
• Emergency dentist
• Late-opening pharmacy

Please only use out-of-hours services for urgent problems.

For emergencies such as chest pain or severe breathing difficulty, call 999 immediately.

NHS 111 BSL Service

NHS 111 is available in British Sign Language (BSL) via SignVideo.
This service is for people who:

• need medical help quickly but it’s not an emergency
• think they may need to go to A&E
• need health advice
• are unsure where to go

Mental Health Crisis Support

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E.

For urgent mental health help, contact:

Protected Learning Time (PLT)

Protected Learning Time allows practice staff to undertake essential training and development.
