Request a Prescription

You can request your repeat prescriptions in different ways, get help with medication, or find a pharmacy.

Online Services (with login details)

You can request prescriptions, view your repeat medication list, and nominate a pharmacy using the following systems:

1. NHS App

Access the NHS App
Available on desktop, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

2. Airmid UK

Visit Airmid UK
Install via Apple App Store or Google Play.

3. SystmOnline

Log in to SystmOnline

To register for SystmOnline:
Please visit our reception desk with two forms of ID for authorisation (required for data protection purposes):

  • One must include a photograph (e.g., passport or driving licence)
  • The other must show your current address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

You’ll be asked to complete our Online Services Registration form, after which we’ll issue you with a username and password.

Need to make a custom request?

If you’re unable to request a specific medication (for example, if it’s a one-off prescription, or your repeat medication is due for review), you can still submit a request:

Custom Medication Request Form:

This allows you to explain your situation while waiting for a medication review appointment or to request medication that isn’t showing on your repeat list.

Speak to our Clinical Pharmacist

We have a Clinical Pharmacist available 5 days a week.
They can help with:

  • Medication queries
  • Side effects
  • Reviews and adjustments
  • Advice on over-the-counter options

Helpful Information

  • Prescriptions are processed in 7 working days
  • We are a 28-day prescribing practice
  • You must nominate a pharmacy to collect your prescription
  • We do not accept requests via phone or email
