Our Prescribing Team supports the safe and efficient management of medication at the practice.
They work closely with our GPs, Clinical Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to process medication requests and support patients with prescription-related queries.
What does the Prescribing Team do?
The team supports the practice with:
- Processing repeat prescription requests
- Medication and prescription queries
- Supporting medication reviews
- Liaising with clinicians and pharmacies where appropriate
- Helping ensure medication records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the safe management of medicines
