Our team is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care, and we ask that all interactions with staff are conducted with courtesy and respect.

We understand that illness, stress, and concern can make situations difficult. However, abusive language, shouting, threats, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other patients will not be tolerated.

Any incidents of unacceptable behaviour may result in formal action, which could include a written warning, removal from the practice list, or involvement of the police where necessary.
