Starting in August 2024, we will be transitioning to in-person (face to face) clinics for all appointments booked through SystmOnline – Online Services at Ivel Medical Centre.

Unless you specifically request a telephone appointment, your appointment will be scheduled as an in-person visit by default.

To book a telephone appointment

• When booking online, please type “telephone” in the reason section.
• Alternatively, you can call the surgery in the morning to schedule a telephone appointment.

Important reminders

• Please provide a reason for your appointment when booking to help us avoid any confusion or duplicate bookings.
• Only one issue can be discussed per appointment, whether it’s in-person or over the phone.

If you do not attend your in-person appointment without prior notice, you will be marked as ‘DNA’ (did not attend).
