Please note that you do not need to complete an online form to book certain appointments with our Nurses or Healthcare Assistants (HCAs).
You can continue to call the surgery directly to book appointments for the following:
- Cervical smears
- Wound care/dressings
- Blood pressure checks
- B12 injections
- NHS health checks
- Stitch removal
- Other routine nurse or HCA procedures
