🧠 Alcohol Awareness Week – 9th–13th July 2025

Think Again About Drinking
Alcohol Awareness Week is a UK-wide campaign to get us all thinking about alcohol – how it affects us, those around us, and our communities. This year’s focus is on change: making healthier choices, supporting others, and challenging the stigma.

Why This Week Matters
Drinking alcohol is common, but its impact is often overlooked. It can affect mental and physical health, relationships, and even work life. Alcohol Awareness Week is a time to start important conversations, reflect on habits, and explore support options.

Why Get Involved?

  • Raise awareness in your workplace or community.
  • Share your story or support someone else’s.
  • Learn more about alcohol’s effects and available help.
  • Take a break from alcohol and notice the changes.

Make a Difference
Whether you’re cutting down, supporting a loved one, or simply spreading the word, your actions count.
