Please allow 7 working days before collecting your prescription.

Please note that this is for prescription requests only. If you would like to contact the practice for queries not related to your prescription request, please complete our Ask a Doctor a Question form or Ask a Nurse a Question form.

In future you may wish to consider registering for our Online Services. The Online Services system remembers which medications you are on and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier.
