Anima securely retrieves the minimum necessary information from your NHS record so our clinicians can process incoming documents efficiently.
You may occasionally see your online record show that a member of staff appears as “active” even when you have not spoken to them directly.
This is due to Anima running safely in the background and does not mean anyone has personally viewed your full record.
