There are many things you can do online without needing to visit or call the surgery.
You can use either:
- our website (no account needed), or
- your NHS account / NHS App or SystmOnline (account required)
Both options are explained below.
Using an online form (no account needed)
You can use our website to:
- request an appointment
- request a sick note
- ask about test results
- submit an admin request
Just fill out the relevant online form and our team will get back to you.
Using your NHS account or SystmOnline
You can use your NHS account (via the NHS App or NHS website) or SystmOnline to:
- order repeat prescriptions
- view test results
- access your health record
- check or cancel appointments
- view your vaccination record
These services require you to log in securely.
Setting up an NHS account
To create an NHS account, you first need an NHS login.

Once your login is created, you can access your NHS account online or download the NHS App to your smartphone.
Setting up SystmOnline
To register for SystmOnline:
- Complete a Register for SystmOnline form
- Upload photo ID or visit the surgery with ID so we can confirm your identity
- We will provide you with a username and password
- You can then log in via SystmOnline or the SystmOnline app
