Other Teams

Community Staff

Our practice is supported by a dedicated team of community staff, including district nurses and various other specialists, to provide integrated health and social care.

Patients or their relatives can contact the team directly, or referrals can be made by a healthcare professional. Depending on individual needs, patients may be seen either at home or at the surgery by the community staff.

Mental Health Link Worker

We have a mental health link worker who works alongside the team, providing assessment and support for our patients. They help individuals manage their mental health by offering guidance, connecting them to appropriate services, and supporting their overall well-being.

Social Prescriber

Philip Mardlin

Our Social Prescriber provides 30-minute appointments to support patients with non-medical needs that may be affecting their health and well-being. He will help identify underlying issues such as mental health concerns, financial difficulties, or social care needs and connect patients with appropriate community resources and services.

To request a face-to-face or telephone appointment, please use our online forms.

Clinical Pharmacists

Amr Mostafa

We have clinical pharmacists working alongside the team to support medication management. They assist with medication reviews, prescribing, and addressing any queries related to prescriptions to ensure safe and effective treatment for our patients.
