Community Staff

Community staff are aligned to our practice. We work as a team with the district nurses and various other specialists to provide the appropriate health and social care.

Patients or their relatives may contact the members of the team directly, or the patient may be referred by another member of the healthcare team. Patients may be seen at home or at the surgery by the community staff.

MSK Practitioner

We have a musculoskeletal practitioner whom the team can refer into for further assessment. This is not a physiotherapy service.

Mental Health Link Worker

We have a mental health practitioner who works alongside the team providing assessment and support for our patients.
