Save time – do it online!
GP online services gives patients the option to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view their GP records, using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice.
Online services complement the existing ways patients can access appointments, prescriptions and their records. Our practices already have the facility to offer online access to records and transactional services for our patients.
If you are interested in using GP online services please let a member of the practice team know you would like to use this service.
New Patient Registration
When you apply to join the practice you will be asked to complete a registration form, health check questionnaire and to provide proof of your identity such as your passport. If you are registering a child under the age of 16 then you will also be asked to complete a supplementary form.
You will then be asked to attend a health check with one of our nursing team. After attendance at this appointment you will formally be registered with the practice. In an emergency you would be able to consult as a non-registered patient with a doctor before attending the health check appointment.
Once we have accepted you onto our list you will be registered with the practice and may consult any doctor. However, for both new and existing patients we suggest it is best to try to remain with one doctor for any one illness, and we believe it is very much to your advantage if you regard one of the doctors as your regular doctor, especially if you suffer from a chronic illness or are on long-term medication. It may not always be possible to see your regular doctor due to absences from the practice.
The practice accepts new patients registrations from:
Biggleswade, Upper Caldecote, Southill, Langford, Beeston, Dunton, Stanford, Moggerhanger, Broom, Hatch, Sutton, Northill, Lower Caldecote, Ickwell, Thorncote Green, Old Warden and Eyeworth.
If you move out of the above detailed catchment area you will need to arrange to register with a new GP in the area that you are living in.
